Change an order
Put “CHANGE” and the order number in the subject. We will tell you whether production has begun.
Delivery help
Include the order number, postcode and what the tracking page says. Do not send payment details.

Include clear photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label so we can resolve it quickly.
