Beautiful interaction is only successful when people can actually use it.
Our aim
We are building HELD to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including keyboard access, visible focus, readable contrast, clear labels and alternatives for meaningful images. The service has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim certification.
Motion and interaction
Reduced-motion preferences are respected. Before-and-after comparisons work by pointer, touch and keyboard, and important information is not intended to depend on animation alone.
Uploading and creating
The creation journey uses labelled controls and reports its stage in text. If an upload, property outline, email gate or configurator is difficult to use with assistive technology, contact us and we will offer a reasonable alternative.
Tell us about a barrier
Email studio@heldportraits.co.uk with the page address, the device or assistive technology you use and what you were trying to do. We will acknowledge the issue and prioritise a practical fix.
